I began working with small businesses several years ago, inspired by the creativity and commitment of a number of founders who believed in their ideas with enough conviction to translate them into careers.  

The biggest common denominator I see in founders is unwavering drive and determination to turn talent into revenue, which excites me immeasurably!  This passion often comes with a lack of clarity around how to navigate new markets, develop strategies and build operating plans from a crucially objective perspective - and this is where I come in.

From fixed-term project through longer term advisory and fractional leadership services, I approach every client with objectivity and honesty to add critical value.

My professional background is varied, covering commercial, operational and strategy roles spanning real estate, global equity trading and investment banking. I have experience across a breadth of company size, from pre-seed through public listed MNCs, and am experienced in building business functions, developing strategies and fundraising among many other things.
